SERVICE POLICY

Here at TIA's Table Ltd. we are a small business and bookings are subject to availability. When you place an order via  our website, you are deemed to have read and understood the following terms and conditions.

PLACING AN ORDER

Due to the time it takes to prepare food orders, all orders need to be received by the following:

Grazing Boxes: Wednesdays 3pm prior to your weekend date request 

Banana Bread: Mondays 3pm prior to your date request

Grazing Tables: 14 days prior to your date request

(Additional delivery Days coming soon)

RUSH ORDERS

While we are happy to accept some last minute orders, they may be subject to a $25 rush order fee to help offset the additional food/labor cost to process your order on short notice. Please note that product selection may be limited, so your flexibility is appreciated.

PAYMENT OF BOXES & TABLES

 

Full payment must be received by us in order to receive your booking for all grazing boxes and tables. 

Grazing Tables: A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the full balance due no later than 7 days prior to your event; unless agreed otherwise. Tables will not be secured until the deposit is received by us.

Grazing Boxes: Full payment must be received by us in order to secure and receive your boxes.

 

CONTENTS

 

Contents of boxes may vary, we reserve the right to change the content due to availability.

 

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OR ALLERGIES

 

If you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements/allergies please state these upon booking so we can cater for all needs where possible. Please note, while nuts can be excluded from the boards, the boards are not produced in a nut free environment. If no allergy or dietary restrictions are disclosed then the Honey Grazed company disclaims any responsibility and is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from food allergies.

 

REFUNDS ON BOXES

 

In the event that you need to cancel your booking, we can offer a credit note to be redeemed against our products at a later date. Cancellations within 48 hours of your collection date are not eligible for refunds or credit notes.
 

 

REFUNDS ON GRAZING TABLES

 

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your event we can refund your 50% deposit that has been paid. We reserve the right to hold a non-refundable labor fee of $150 KYD. If you cancel your booking 14-30 days before your event we cannot issue a refund on the deposit. If you cancel less than 14 days before your event, the full 100% balance remains outstanding.

INVENTORY

 

The client must sign an inventory sheet upon completion of set up. Any lost or damaged equipment/props will incur a charge. All equipment/props must be collected by us within the following days after your event at an agreed time and date. Please note that Honey Grazed do not provide the table/surface and this must be supplied by the client. Honey Grazed cannot accept any responsibility for injury caused by the use of props and utensils.

 

GRAZING TABLE DISPOSAL

 

Honey Grazed staff are not responsible for the removal and disposal of food waste.

GRAZING TABLE: PARKING

Onsite parking is required in order for us to unload and set up our grazing tables. If there is limited or no parking onsite, please do let us know upon booking so we can try to make other arrangements, the client will be responsible for these costs.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY


Once the menu and quote are accepted, we collect a 50% deposit upfront to secure the date. If you cancel within 10 days of your party, we will refund 75% of your deposit. Otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. - Additional details outlined in your contract.

LAST MINUTE CHANGES TO MENU

TIA's Table Ltd. reserves the right to change some of the menu items without notice. This need may arise while doing the grocery shopping if some of the produces are not available or their freshness isn’t satisfactory.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
 

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

PRIVACY POLICY 

 

Any orders place on the TIA's Table Ltd. website or directly with our staff will be kept private and used solely for the purpose of completing your order. All client emails will be saved in our system and included in future TIA's mailings regarding updates, information or promotions related to our company. Your email or order information will never be shared or sold to any outside party at any time. Should you wish to be removed from our email list, you can opt-out at any time or contact us at hello@tias-table.com
