To acknowledge, as you must, that there is no such thing as perfect food, only the idea of it, then the real purpose becomes clear: to make people happy. This is what cooking is all about.

Chef Timisha is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, with a degree in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Service Management. Cooking is a creative process that brings Chef Timisha great pleasure. She believes that cookery, like eating, is both enjoyable and nourishing.


Our meals are more than a neutral consumption of food and drink. It is an experience; touching not just our mouths, but nourishing all of our senses, thus inspiring a flawless journey of aroma and taste. Some of life’s fondest memories are made around a table, and with this, Chef Timisha brings you TIA’s Table



Now with my own business my passion for creating dishes and being better has never ceased. If anything, it has grown.  My love for traveling has taken me all over the world and with that new experiences personally and with food. 

I’m always open to opportunities, collaborations and special events whenever and wherever they might be.  I love to travel and explore new adventures.
